Annual inspection and service for aerobic treatment systems, plus point-of-sale and routine septic inspections across the Treasure Valley — with 35+ years of knowing what failure looks like.
Aerobic treatment systems, also called extended treatment septic systems, have working parts a conventional tank doesn't, and they need to be looked after every year.
Perry is factory certified and licensed to service and inspect six brands of these systems across Idaho's Treasure Valley.
Maintenance, annual service, and inspection on each of these brands.
Every visit covers checking all tanks for solids accumulation and servicing the aerobic components of the system. Effluent quality is tested if required and requested. The exact work varies by system, because they are not all the same.
All aerobic treatment systems are required to have an annual inspection and service, along with a signed maintenance agreement between the service provider and the homeowner. Perry reminds you when the next one is due.
Within a week of the inspection, the manufacturer's inspection report goes to the owner, the distributor for that brand, and sometimes the realtor, with an additional report when more detail is needed. Every report is also entered into the Online RME system, as required by DEQ and the health districts.
A real inspection means locating and opening the system, measuring sludge and scum levels, checking the tank structure and baffles, evaluating the drainfield, and testing the components specific to your system type.
You get a clear, documented report on the system's condition and what — if anything — needs attention. No guesswork, no vague "looks fine," and no surprises after the fact.

We handle point-of-sale inspections across the Treasure Valley, with the documentation lenders and title companies need to close.
On aerobic treatment systems, a home-sale visit is an inspection and service in one. The manufacturer's inspection report goes to the owner, the realtor when there is one, and the distributor for that brand, usually within a week.
Thirty-three years of inspections means there are few surprises we haven't already seen. The goal is simple: catch what matters before it becomes the buyer's problem or the seller's deal-breaker.

An inspector who only knows conventional systems will miss things on an aerobic unit or a mound. Each system type has its own failure points, its own components, and its own warning signs.
We're certified across the five major system types and know what trouble looks like on each one — long before it surfaces in the yard.
